Would recommend purchasing own airsoft guns if you plan on returning multiple times.
Went there for the first time a few weeks ago. After I signed in and signed the waiver with in 10 minutes I saw a younger kid steal right in front of me and my friends. There are quiet a few cheaters there which I learned the only way they will call their hits is if you light them up. Some players think it's cool to light some one up while their standing in spawn, don't get what your accomplishing by doing that. The field is a good size for a indoor field. The quality of players there are poor, mainly the younger ones, but that's not the fields fault. There needs to be more refs on the field at once. The rentals are bad but I have seen worse. Watch your stuff because there are people there with some really sticky fingers.
I have been playing and shopping at this location since it was opened. While I have had some bad experiences which were mainly my own fault; it is by far the best place to play airsoft on long Island. The referee's are great at keeping players under control, rules are very fair, and the field has a great layout. I also have made many amazing friends here that led me to some amazing job opportunities and also have learned many amazing life skills playing. My only two major complaints about this location that have not changed over the years and in fact got worse is when their is a private party during a public session the field is cut in half which I personally feel isn't fair since I am paying to play as well. When you have a session upwords of 200 people on the small side of the field it be quite hectic to say the least. My other major complaint is the price for admission. As someone has been playing at this field and brought many here for years the price is the biggest thing that keeps people away. While I wouldn't mind as much if I we were playing full field and playing for the whole duration of the session the fact that the session generally starts up to 30 minutes late and at least 3 games are generally half field is quite frustrating to say the least. While $40 for admission may not seem like a lot for some but when you are playing every weekend it adds up especially when some fields charge as low as $15 for all day play. (mind you they are lower quality)
Extremely knowledgeable staff, especially in pro shop.
Refs are very good at enforcing rules, perhaps too good...
Fun place to go and great staff they are real nice and try to help all they can the prices for gear is a little high I bought a mesh mask for like $20 when they are worth like $6. $10 at most bit other then that great place for beginners and experts alike
Not sure if there is an edit button for reviews but if there is I will add more things as I think of them.
Each round is a different game type, sometimes voted on by the players and sometimes chosen by the ref.
Pay once and you get however many games can fit in a 4-hour span (depending on game type some may run longer or shorter).
Very good we did the BB gun game very reasonable price and worth it bought a couple guns and had a very good time definitely coming back to get better
