Very efficient, neat and professional job. WE can hardly tell the old from the new tiles although John told us they would not be a perfect match since ours was out of stock permanently. Easy to work with, no pressure and very honest, reasonable estimate. My husband had thought we needed a new roof, but John disagreed with him and saved us thousands of dollars...I would highly recommend this company.
When my local roofer couldn't fix the leaks in my roof I called Roof Services. They sent John over the next day to evaluate the problem and suggest a repair. Their price was fair and they guaranteed their work so I hired them. The crew showed up on time on the appointed day and made quick work of repairing my roof. I haven't had any problems since. I highly recommend Roof Services and I tell all my neighbors too. I've had so many awful experiences in the past with home repairmen so its nice to find a contractor that stands behind their work and gets the job done.
one of their drivers in a grey pickup truck was driving erratically in the snow and forced me off the road today. It's good to drive like a wild man in a company truck!
They fell down so many times in my dealings with them. It seems the left hand and the right do not speak to each other. The process started in the end of March and here it is July 1st and still the simple job of roof repair and replacing a vent are yet again not done. They asked for 1/3 down. I may make them wait for the other 2/3 just as long as they have made me wait.
