I loved this place, you reading that right "I loved it" past tense I went there today March 25th 2016 to do laundry did my basic routine put the clothes to wash then went to the car (I have a little girl I don't want her running around bothering other customers) I come out take my clothes out of the machines start putting them in the dryer and notice that some clothes are partly wet and dry I'm confused since this has never happened to me (been coming here for 4 years straight!) So I thought I was just that one item and nope lots more were like that then I noticed that it was one whole machine (number 44) that the clothes were like that. I went to tell the attendant and she rudely said to me "why did you leave the building?" Like me being here is gonna make the machine work?! So I said that I just want my clothes washed again, I paid for the machine can't you just turn it back on, then she proceeded to rudely talk down to me that it's my fault that she can't do nothing since I left the building that it's not her "problem". So I told her I want to speak to her manager she then said that she doesn't want to hear any of it ( mind you how would she know with out asking her ?) So to make this long story short that woman was the worst (she's not new she's seen me here every week) I ended up paying AGAIN for my clothes to be washed and will NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!! For a place that I thought they were gonna be nice and kind and understanding since these machines do break down I was really dissapointed with today.

Dirty and old!!!! I went there for the first time and saw three large spiders crawling on the machines. Two of machines barely made sure. The lightening was horrible..E setting was dirty including the floor.. I had my kids with me and felt like they were gonna walk out and ins ttyt antlu be sick. I give everything / everywhere q chance buy this was just crazy!!!' the dryers didn't close all the way... Thete was NJ USA crawling in the floor. I was afraid to touch anything... Never again will I ever go there. The other two laundromats have people constantly cleaning!!! Disgusting they should be shut down by the board of health. How does anyone come there and clean there clothes... I honestly felt like I was going to walk out with even dirtier clothes. I can't imagine that they sanitize there machines regurly yourself a favor and never go there!!!
